You'll join a growing team of project managers to coordinate development and build the roadmap. Your core impact is ensuring teams stay aligned and bottlenecks are removed. You'll work with Russian-speaking teams and American colleagues, using AI as a default tool daily.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Take part in building the roadmap
• Coordinate development and monitor alignment
• Spot recurring process issues and improve them
• Communicate with teams and help remove blockers

📋 Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Technical background (understand JS, TS, UML, JSON)
• Skilled in Google Sheets and SQL
• English at C1 level or higher

• Experience as a developer
• Ability to write scripts for data analysis
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
