Description
You'll support day-to-day technical operations across Help Desk, Retail Operations, Client Engineering, and IT Operations. This internship rotates across teams and provides practical exposure to device lifecycle, store systems, and operational runbooks.
Requirements
- Technically curious student or early-career professional
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android device support
- Familiarity with ticket triage and asset management workflows
- Ability to write clear documentation and knowledge base articles
- Available to work 40 hours per week from June 8 to July 31 at Beverly Hills HQ
Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve help desk tickets for account access and basic troubleshooting
- Provide in-person and remote support for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
- Image, provision, and recover devices; maintain asset inventory records
- Support store teams with retail hardware and software (POS terminals, tablets, scanners)
- Assist with device provisioning and application packaging for MDM tools
