💼 About This Role

You'll join a small, fast semiconductor fab to bridge process development and electrical test. Your work will focus on characterizing semiconductor devices and designing test automation infrastructure. This role offers high ownership and cross-disciplinary collaboration in a startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design probe cards and test structures with process and electrical engineers
• Design and fabricate CMOS test chips for characterization
• Develop test plans to extract key device parameters
• Deploy parameter extraction tools like BSIM models
• Analyze test data to provide feedback for process improvement

📋 Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or related field
• Strong understanding of CMOS device physics and electrical characterization
• Experience with probe station operation
• Familiarity with parameter extraction techniques and device modeling (e.g., BSIM)
• Experience with lab instrumentation and test automation

• Experience with cleanroom fabrication and full CMOS process flow
• Experience conducting reliability testing and analysis
