As a Seasonal Hospitality Coordinator, you'll be the on-the-ground expert ensuring our short-term rental homes are clean, stocked, and ready for guests. You'll perform inspections, handle light maintenance, restock supplies, and respond to guest issues, directly impacting satisfaction and review scores.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of relevant experience.
  • Comfortable walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent travel within market and regular driving between properties.
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, early mornings, and evenings.
  • Professional presence and ability to support teammates and guests.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections before and after guest stays to meet brand standards.
  • Restock consumables and inventory supplies for readiness.
  • Handle basic maintenance tasks (lightbulb changes, TV resets, small repairs).
  • Support turnovers with bedmaking, tidying, and trash removal.
  • Respond quickly to urgent in-stay guest issues.
