๐ผ About This Role
You'll be the external face of AirDNA's new dynamic pricing product, Adapt, leading customer experience and shaping the product roadmap. You'll build a team to scale onboarding and success while partnering with product and data science. This role offers the opportunity to define a category in a fast-growing startup.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Be the face of Adapt on conference stages and podcasts
- Articulate competitive differentiation in specific operator scenarios
- Lead customer operations: onboarding, success, and retention
- Design structured feedback loop from customers into product roadmap
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years actively pricing real STR inventory as a practitioner
- Competitive fluency with specific examples of competitor shortcomings
- Public presence or strong desire to build a voice in the STR community
- Player-coach mentality with hands-on execution before building a team

- Existing following on LinkedIn, panel appearances, or newsletter
- Point of view on 'autonomous pricing' vs 'better recommendations'
- Experience building AI workflows in tools like Claude or GPT
