You'll be the external face of AirDNA's new dynamic pricing product, Adapt, leading customer experience and shaping the product roadmap. You'll build a team to scale onboarding and success while partnering with product and data science. This role offers the opportunity to define a category in a fast-growing startup.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Be the face of Adapt on conference stages and podcasts
  • Articulate competitive differentiation in specific operator scenarios
  • Lead customer operations: onboarding, success, and retention
  • Design structured feedback loop from customers into product roadmap

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years actively pricing real STR inventory as a practitioner
  • Competitive fluency with specific examples of competitor shortcomings
  • Public presence or strong desire to build a voice in the STR community
  • Player-coach mentality with hands-on execution before building a team

  • Existing following on LinkedIn, panel appearances, or newsletter
  • Point of view on 'autonomous pricing' vs 'better recommendations'
  • Experience building AI workflows in tools like Claude or GPT
