• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team
• Create buzz and customer engagement through new product promotions and social media
• Merchandise the store compellingly and launch promotions on time

📋 Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Skills in communication, recruiting, operations (payroll, scheduling, merchandising)
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 lbs
