Description

You will lead the design and development of customer-facing certification training courses for Cato Networks' SASE platform. You'll manage a team of course developers, collaborate with subject matter experts, and create engaging learning experiences including labs and supporting materials.

Requirements

• 5+ years instructional design expertise with technical certification training
• Proven people management skills leading content development teams
• Ability to simplify complex networking and security concepts
• 5+ years experience designing hands-on labs and scenario-based learning
• 8+ years experience in networking, security, or cloud technologies

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of certification training courses for customers, partners, and internal teams
• Manage and mentor a team of course developers
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives
• Develop complete learning experiences including courses, labs, and supporting materials
• Deliver beta courses and train-the-trainer sessions to gather feedback
