You'll act as the main strategic partner for leading entrepreneurs, conducting deep business diagnostics to design and implement growth strategies. Your goal is to ensure an excellent experience that boosts each client's success and competitiveness. This role offers a consultative sales approach in financial technology.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Prospect and qualify new clients aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Create and present proposals tailored to each client's needs.
- Manage the portfolio of key clients in the region.
- Maintain continuous post-sales relationship with excellence.
๐ Requirements
- Solid experience with B2B consultative sales focusing on key account management.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) to build and present value propositions to executives.
- Results-driven with planning and organization focus.
- Availability to work onsite in Belo Horizonte.

- Knowledge of financial market, payment methods, banking products, and/or retail software.
- Completed or ongoing higher education.
