You'll architect and build the core engine that manages the full patient lifecycle, from referral to radiology reports. You will design robust, automated workflows to scale operational efficiency, collaborating with internal ops teams. This role spans building patient intake workflows, monitoring systems, and AI-enabled automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement patient intake workflows
• Architect a monitoring system for patient journey at scale
• Develop efficient dashboards for scheduling and ops teams
• Own automation layer: referral ingestion, task assignment, AI calls

📋 Requirements

• Proven ability to integrate with legacy systems not designed for modern interoperability
• Experience shipping complex internal operations dashboards
• Proficiency in backend development with Ruby (e.g., Rails)
• Strong operational instincts: instrument, think about failure modes
