Description

You will lead and coach a team of Territory Sales Managers to drive adoption of RelieVRx, a VR medical device for chronic pain, across assigned regions. You'll translate sales strategies into actionable plans, build senior-level provider relationships, and collaborate with leadership to achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

• 8+ years selling pain pharmaceuticals or medical devices in US
• 4+ years sales management experience leading direct reps in multi-state region
• Experience selling disruptive technologies or launching new products
• Expert understanding of pain management market and healthcare laws
• Valid US driver's license and ability to travel 60-75% with overnight stays

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of multi-state Territory Sales Managers to achieve sales objectives
• Hire, coach, and develop Territory Sales Managers through onboarding and feedback
• Document and deliver regular field coaching reports
• Monitor trends, forecasts, and KPIs to identify performance gaps
• Build senior-level relationships with providers and stakeholders
