📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering management experience
• 4+ years as an individual contributor/software engineer
• 5+ years working on teams using Agile methodologies
• Experience managing more than one engineering team simultaneously

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience managing quality engineering personnel
• Experience working on SaaS products with paying customers
• Hands-on experience with MERN stack or AWS
