Description

You will act as a strategic partner to the Go-to-Market organization, creating and delivering high-quality enablement content to help the sales team leverage internal tools effectively. You'll lead training sessions, gather feedback from sales, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for product teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Technical Training
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM required
• Proficiency with sales engagement tools like Gong
• Experience with Google Workspace and AI content creation tools (ChatGPT, Gemini)
• Strong communication skills in English; French is an asset

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver multimedia training content (presentations, videos, guides)
• Lead live and virtual training sessions on CRM (Salesforce), sales engagement tools, and new features
• Analyze enablement impact, monitor tool adoption, and identify performance gaps with data-driven recommendations
• Partner with Product Management to align enablement activities with initiatives
• Act as bridge between technical/product teams and GTM organization, translating complex features into clear content
