• Manage full recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years Talent Acquisition experience in fast-paced environment
• Experience recruiting for SEO, Paid Media, or CRO roles
• Proven ability to create unrivaled sourcing plans using advanced Boolean searches
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools like Ashby or Juicebox
