You'll lead complex, cross-functional GTM initiatives for a remote-first communications company. Your work will directly impact sales automation infrastructure and drive significant improvements in GTM processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute program plans including scope, OKRs, timelines, and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and communicate status to executives.
• Proactively identify risks and remove roadblocks for GTM teams.
• Define and track KPIs to measure program impact on sales productivity.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
• 7+ years of Program Management, Sales Ops, or Revenue Ops.
• 5+ years focusing on sales automation or sales technology.
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional strategic initiatives.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience managing programs involving AI/ML integration into sales workflows.
• Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Salesforce certification(s).
