You'll lead product design for Nebula, a spirituality brand with 70M+ users. You'll drive design culture, UX strategy, and innovative solutions. This role combines operational leadership with hands-on product impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of product designers
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system
• Drive UX research and A/B testing initiatives
• Optimize design processes and workflows

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product design
• Expertise in mobile (iOS, Android) and web design
• Experience leading or mentoring a design team
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
