π― What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop an international team of hardware engineers.
- Provide technical guidance on design, development, and validation of hardware systems.
- Drive long-term strategic planning and roadmapping for robotics hardware.
- Develop and manage the departmentβs budget and project plans.
π Requirements
- 10+ years in electrical engineering with 5+ years in leadership managing teams of 15+ engineers.
- Proven track record of shipping motion robotics or similar mechatronic systems.
- Expertise in designing complex electromechanical systems with precision motion control.
- Experience bringing products from concept to market in robotics or autonomous systems.
