You'll provide enterprise-level product support to Amplitude customers, leveraging your technical expertise to diagnose and resolve issues. You'll advocate for customers cross-functionally with Product and Engineering, and take on projects that help the company scale. This role is based in Singapore within a leading AI analytics platform.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Answer and escalate support tickets via email and chat
  • Drive resolution and escalate challenging tickets
  • Ensure all tickets meet service level agreements
  • Work with Customer Success Managers to drive data trust

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with using SDKs and APIs
  • Familiarity with support tools like Zendesk or Intercom
  • Ability to learn and explain technical products
