You'll provide enterprise-level product support to Amplitude customers, leveraging your technical expertise to diagnose and resolve issues. You'll advocate for customers cross-functionally with Product and Engineering, and take on projects that help the company scale. This role is based in Singapore within a leading AI analytics platform.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Answer and escalate support tickets via email and chat
- Drive resolution and escalate challenging tickets
- Ensure all tickets meet service level agreements
- Work with Customer Success Managers to drive data trust
๐ Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with using SDKs and APIs
- Familiarity with support tools like Zendesk or Intercom
- Ability to learn and explain technical products
