You'll own people governance and accountability frameworks at Monzo, turning complex regulatory requirements into clear, practical processes. Your work directly helps Monzo manage risk and regulatory scrutiny as we grow, ensuring our approach is scalable and effective.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day delivery of accountability regimes (SMCR and IAF/SEAR).
• Run fit and proper assessments, certification, and governance documentation.
• Coordinate team priorities and ensure delivery stays on track.
• Build and evolve the people governance framework.
• Identify and deliver improvements to processes and tooling.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in people governance, accountability, or regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of SMCR and IAF/SEAR frameworks.
• Ability to operate at senior manager level in a regulated environment.
• Skill in designing and improving operational processes.

• Experience in fintech or banking.
