You'll translate complex financial products into clear accounting structures, ensuring regulatory adherence to Banco Central do Brasil standards. You'll drive the sustainability of regulatory compliance while supporting the evolution of a platform processing billions in payments. This role offers the chance to influence product decisions from an accounting perspective.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain end-to-end accounting understanding of product flows.
• Ensure adherence to Banco Central do Brasil, COSIF, and other regulations.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams for new products.
• Prepare accounting opinions, technical notes, and supporting documentation.

📋 Requirements

• Solid experience in financial products accounting (fintech, payments, banking).
• Practical knowledge of COSIF and Central Bank regulations for Payment Institutions.
• Experience with accounting routings and financial flow mapping.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented with a business perspective.

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous experience in payments, PIX, SPI, acquiring, or banking infrastructure.
• Experience with accounting automation, ERPs, or integration with transactional systems.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-complexity transactional environments.
