💼 About This Role

You'll lead the quality team at our Composite Manufacturing site in Morrisville, NC, ensuring products meet the highest standards from design to production. You'll build world-class quality processes, drive Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver reliable products. This role offers a chance to work on cutting-edge defense technology with significant impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
• Conduct quality audits and inspections to identify and address issues.
• Lead Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) and Material Review Board (MRB) activities.
• Lead product health data analysis and improvement activities.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technical field.
• Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality and production processes.
• Experience in technical design review, process, Statistical Process Control and quality management of aviation systems and composite aerostructures.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active Secret U.S. security clearance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of composite and metallic airframe manufacturing processes and related defects.
• Experience with AS9100/AS6500/ISO 9001 based Quality Management System requirements.
• Experience with government contracts and MIL standard requirements for aerial vehicles.
