🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers.
- Own team performance across renewals, retention, cross-selling, and growth.
- Drive structured account management including diagnostics and segmentation.
- Partner with the team on complex deals and executive-level conversations.
📋 Requirements
- Track record of success in account management or renewal-focused role in SaaS.
- Experience leading quota-carrying Account Managers in a recurring-revenue business.
- Strong understanding of disciplined account management motion including diagnostics and planning.
- Data-driven leadership style with strong Salesforce rigor.
