🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers.
  • Own team performance across renewals, retention, cross-selling, and growth.
  • Drive structured account management including diagnostics and segmentation.
  • Partner with the team on complex deals and executive-level conversations.

📋 Requirements

  • Track record of success in account management or renewal-focused role in SaaS.
  • Experience leading quota-carrying Account Managers in a recurring-revenue business.
  • Strong understanding of disciplined account management motion including diagnostics and planning.
  • Data-driven leadership style with strong Salesforce rigor.
