You'll drive supply growth for Airbnb Luxe in Thailand, acquiring new listings and cultivating host relationships. Your core impact is combining luxury real estate expertise with a consultative approach to meet quarterly supply goals. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure every home meets Luxe standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead net-new host and listing acquisition in assigned markets.
• Prospect high-quality homes through research and partnerships.
• Manage host portfolio with regular business reviews and optimization calls.
• Act as primary liaison between hosts and internal teams for escalations.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in sales, account management, or business development.
• Proven track record of hitting acquisition or revenue targets.
• Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management.
• English and Thai language proficiency required.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or real estate.
• Familiarity with the Thailand luxury market.
