💼 About This Role

You'll lead the development of cutting-edge machine learning models for massive-scale human tissue imagery at Vivodyne. Your work will directly advance AI-driven therapeutic discovery and de-risking. You'll collaborate with biologists and engineers to turn multi-omics datasets into groundbreaking insights.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead hands-on development of Transformers, Diffusion, and hybrid architectures
• Build and deploy petabyte-scale data pipelines with robust MLOps practices
• Explore novel methods for multimodal integration of multi-omics data into Phenomaps
• Collaborate with tissue engineers and robotics engineers to refine data collection

📋 Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related field
• Proven expertise developing Transformers, Diffusion, or multi-modal models
• Demonstrated history with image processing and large-scale model training
• Strong knowledge of AWS or equivalent cloud platform for MLOps
