You'll help infants and children transition from hospital to home as part of a team-based HICU Health Services program. Your core impact is delivering quality skilled nursing care to multiple clients while training families and ongoing care teams. This role blends critical care experience with the autonomy and flexibility of home care.

📋 Requirements

• Current license as an LPN
• At least one year of verifiable LPN experience
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to travel across State College, PA area

• NICU, PICU, or ICU experience
• Tracheostomy/ventilator care experience
• Infusion experience
