💼 About This Role

You'll be the backbone of Twilio's GTM Communications program, publishing advisories, blogs, and changelogs while maintaining systems and governance frameworks. You'll own the communications calendar and measurement framework, tracking performance and analyzing feedback to drive continuous improvement. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Publish and operationalize internal and external communications including advisories, changelogs, and blog posts.
• Act as final gatekeeper for communication quality, performing QA on HTML, links, and personalization in Workshop and SendGrid.
• Own the communications calendar to ensure timely delivery and balanced scheduling across all programs.
• Analyze customer feedback, flag trends, and recommend improvements by interpreting data and exercising judgment.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in communications operations or program management.
• Strong proficiency with Airtable, including base design, interfaces, dashboards, and reporting.
• Experience deploying HTML-based campaigns in Twilio SendGrid or similar ESPs.
• Obsessive attention to detail serving as final line of defense for accuracy in all outgoing communications.

• Experience building relationships across GTM, Product, Marketing, and Support teams.
• Familiarity with AI tools and ability to use prompting to enhance operational output.
