💼 About This Role

You'll manage and mature FanDuel's global privacy compliance framework, ensuring adherence to evolving regulations. You'll drive key initiatives like Privacy Impact Assessments and privacy rights request processes, partnering with Legal, Tech, and Product teams. This role offers a chance to scale privacy programs in a fast-paced, highly regulated gaming environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and enhance the privacy compliance framework, including policies and procedures.
• Conduct and oversee Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) for new products and initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end processes for privacy rights requests (e.g., access, erasure).
• Advise on privacy due diligence for third-party vendors and risk assessments.

📋 Requirements

• 4–6 years of privacy compliance or data protection experience in a regulated industry.
• Experience managing privacy frameworks, PIAs, and privacy rights requests across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to interpret and apply privacy laws and regulations (e.g., US, Canada, UK GDPR).
• Experience with privacy management tools and platforms (e.g., DSAR, assessment workflows).

• Relevant certifications such as CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM, or CIPT.
• Experience leading and mentoring team members.
• Basic understanding of IT, data management, and information security principles.
