💼 About This Role

You'll lead environmental and social management for renewable energy projects in Montenegro, building community relations and ensuring compliance with international standards. You'll manage ESIA processes, stakeholder engagement, and contractor performance from development through construction and operation. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage stakeholder engagement and land acquisition processes
• Coordinate ESIA consultants and review deliverables
• Monitor E&S performance of contractors and service providers
• Implement grievance mechanisms and community relations

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental discipline or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years experience in environmental protection or social responsibility
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and land acquisition per international standards
• Experience with ESIA processes and international financing projects

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with a developer, E&S consultancy, or financial institution
• Preferable experience in an organization with strong E&S culture
• Knowledge of IFC performance standards
