🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with business leaders to operationalize compensation strategy
• Consult on complex compensation matters for offers and promotions
• Develop compensation communications and training for leaders
• Lead annual compensation planning and review cycles

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive global compensation experience
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Ability to independently lead global projects across multiple functions
