Description

This is a part-time contract role where you'll facilitate live Zoom sessions for HR professionals learning to apply AI tools like ChatGPT and no-code automation to streamline HR workflows. You'll guide learners through hands-on projects, troubleshoot exercises, and inspire responsible AI use, while receiving ready-made materials and support from a Learner Success team.

Requirements

• 7+ years professional HR, People Ops, or Talent Acquisition experience.
• 3+ years applying AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and automation within HR workflows.
• Strong portfolio of real-world HR use cases showing AI/automation impact.
• Ability to teach prompting techniques and responsible AI use with clarity.
• Comfort with HR datasets and using AI tools to clean data and analyze trends.

Responsibilities

• Complete the course in advance to gain hands-on experience with all tools and workflows.
• Help learners apply AI for HR skills through hands-on projects and guided builds.
• Support learners in troubleshooting and refining core exercises and activities.
• Inspire learners and foster a practical, responsible understanding of AI for HR.
• Drive engagement, retention, and learner success through active facilitation.
