🎯 What You'll Do

• Test Amazon Connect contact flows for voice and chat channels.
• Validate IVR prompts, routing rules, and agent transfers.
• Perform end-to-end testing of customer interaction journeys.
• Create and maintain test cases, execute test cycles, document defects.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in software testing.
• Hands-on experience testing Amazon Connect voice or chat solutions.
• Experience testing AI-powered conversational flows within Amazon Connect and Lex.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, S3.
• Experience with React.js for UI validation.
• Experience with Python for test scripting or automation.
