💼 About This Role

You'll lead product development for the Connection team at Wikimedia, building features to make contributing to Wikipedia more meaningful. Your work will directly impact over 1 billion monthly users and 200,000 volunteer editors across 300 languages. This contract covers a parental leave for a global, open-source-focused team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead product development to deliver meaningful contributor features within OKRs.
• Discover and define new opportunities with the Group Product Manager.
• Set priorities for a cross-functional team of engineers, designer, and community specialist.
• Collaborate with global community ambassadors and volunteers.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing user-facing consumer web products
• Demonstrated success in launching new features
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Experience in an agile or iterative software development environment
