💼 About This Role

You'll design and develop inkjet printing systems for a leading dental technology company. You'll own system-level performance including jetting stability, placement accuracy, and reliability, while also contributing to production readiness and scaling. This role offers opportunities to grow into broader technical ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop inkjet printing systems from concept through production
• Develop and optimize drive waveforms for stable drop formation
• Integrate and troubleshoot across fluid systems, motion systems, and electronics
• Design and execute structured experiments (DOE) and analyze data

📋 Requirements

• 5–10+ years of hands-on inkjet system development experience
• Experience with industrial printheads (e.g., Seiko, Epson, Xaar, Ricoh, Kyocera)
• Strong understanding of drop formation physics and waveform tuning
• Practical experience with fluid systems (pressure control, degassing, filtration)

• Experience in functional or materials printing (ceramics, electronics, biomaterials)
• Familiarity with color science and calibration workflows (Lab, ΔE, ICC profiles)
• Experience with multi-head alignment and system calibration
