You'll execute inventory management and operational functions for ALO's Aspen store. Your work ensures accurate inventory, strong visual standards, and a safe, efficient environment. This part-time role offers a clothing allowance and monthly store incentives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Root cause inventory issues and partner with management to escalate gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, and floor replenishment.
• Maintain visual standards and assist with floor set updates.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales operational environment.
• Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, move, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and safely use a ladder.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
