💼 About This Role

You'll own the full onboarding cycle for small to mid-sized commercial accounts, driving quick time to value through hands-on technical configuration and training. You'll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to streamline implementation processes and advocate for customer needs. This role is perfect for someone who loves building scalable processes in a fast-growing startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead implementations from sales hand-off to go-live for commercial accounts
  • Perform technical configuration, system integrations, and troubleshooting
  • Conduct training sessions and create enablement materials
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, monitoring health and driving engagement

📋 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of customer-facing implementation or onboarding experience with SaaS
  • Based in San Francisco for hybrid work (2-3 days in office)
  • Proven track record of onboarding multiple customers simultaneously with technical products
  • Technical aptitude with product configuration, APIs, and integrations

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in IAM, IT, or Security spaces
  • Strong project management skills
  • Self-starter with process building mindset
