💼 About This Role

You'll lead the end-to-end migration to Braze and architect the technical infrastructure for a high-growth startup. You'll own the data schema and ensure robust, scalable lifecycle journeys. This role offers extreme ownership and the chance to shape CRM at Europe's #3 fastest-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect migration from current stack to Braze
• Define custom attributes, events, and API triggers with Engineering
• Oversee campaign setup, QA, and troubleshoot technical debt
• Manage IP warming and sender reputation for deliverability

📋 Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience in Braze (Canvas, Liquid scripting, Connected Content)
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture and ability to read API documentation
• Experience with CRM migration including IP warming and data mapping
• Proficiency in using data to troubleshoot triggers and segments
