💼 About This Role

You'll lead the creation of AI solutions, from technical design to production monitoring, working on traditional AI (object detection, sales prediction) and generative AI (RAG, Agents) projects for diverse clients. Your impact will ensure high-quality delivery, mentoring 1-3 AI engineers, and driving continuous improvement. You'll also contribute to internal tech development through training, conferences, and initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy AI solutions from conception to production
• Mentor 1-3 AI engineers and ensure team progress
• Lead technical discussions with clients and internally
• Contribute to internal tech community through guilds and training

📋 Requirements

• Significant experience with at least one hyperscaler (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Strong passion for AI, both traditional and generative
• Openness to data engineering tasks as needed
