You'll lead a platform team building the backbone of private markets at bunch, managing infrastructure and developer tooling. You will own the platform strategy, ensure reliable and scalable AWS/Kubernetes environments, and drive CI/CD and observability improvements. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and grow the platform team with a culture of ownership.
• Own the platform strategy, roadmap, and prioritization.
• Provide technical direction for AWS and Kubernetes architecture.
• Drive CI/CD improvements and developer experience enhancements.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams
• Proficient in software engineering with hands-on Cloud/DevOps/SRE experience
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with AWS and Kubernetes

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript and Node.js
• Familiarity with IaC practices
• Background in fintech or private markets
