You'll own full-cycle deal execution for Labrynth's regulatory compliance platform, selling into government and enterprise buyers across regulated markets. You'll build ROI-driven business cases and develop scalable playbooks that drive pipeline velocity. This is a ground-floor role with uncapped upside and meaningful equity at a high-growth company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle deal execution from first touch to signed contract
- Lead consultative discovery and executive-level negotiations
- Build ROI-driven business cases and translate compliance complexity into value
- Develop and iterate on playbooks, sequences, and repeatable systems
- Maintain CRM discipline and pipeline velocity in HubSpot
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years closing complex enterprise deals in $250Kโ$1M+ range
- Experience selling into regulated industries (energy, nuclear, govtech)
- Fluency in structured sales methodology (MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN)
- Proven ability to build pipeline from scratch and convert to revenue

- Experience with Claude, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo
- Background in regulatory compliance or government sales
