💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the technical lead embedded with retail partners, owning integrations that connect their systems to the RADAR platform. You'll implement network infrastructure, data pipelines, and identity integrations hands-on, ensuring a successful pilot go-live. This role is for someone who thrives in a field-oriented, execution-focused environment where you directly solve problems alongside retailer IT teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and implement all technical integrations for retailer onboarding.
• Serve as primary technical bridge between RADAR Engineering and retailer teams.
• Hire, brief, and manage integration contractors as portfolio grows.
• Document integration configurations and build repeatable playbook.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in a technical role implementing enterprise integrations hands-on.
• Hands-on networking skills: DNS, DHCP, firewall rules, TLS certificates.
• Hands-on data integration skills: SFTP, REST API, JSON, Python/SQL.
• Hands-on SAML SSO implementation with enterprise IdP (Okta, Azure AD, etc.).

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in retail technology (POS, inventory, WMS, supply chain).
• Familiarity with RFID technology (EPC, GS1, Gen2 UHF).
• Experience writing data transformation scripts for normalization.
