Description

You will architect and lead the global talent strategy to enable long-term growth and competitive advantage, shaping workforce planning, organizational design, and talent acquisition across EMEA, UK, US, and APAC. Partner with the executive team to drive data-driven decisions on capacity modeling, internal mobility, and new market entry.

Requirements

• Strong experience leading global talent functions at scale with executive-level ownership of TA and workforce strategy
• Experience in high-growth tech environment (late-stage or Series D+)
• Proven track record building and leading global TA organizations across multiple regions
• Deep expertise recruiting advanced technical talent (ML, engineering) and commercial roles
• Systems-oriented thinking with financial fluency and executive-level influence

Responsibilities

• Define and lead multi-year global workforce strategy aligned to business growth
• Shape capability roadmaps across technical and commercial domains including ML
• Partner with Finance on capacity modeling and build vs. buy decisions
• Own global talent acquisition strategy and execution across regions
• Establish enterprise standards for assessment, calibration, and talent quality
