🎯 What You'll Do

• Integrate with client senior management to solve complex accounting issues.
• Review consultant work on operational workstreams in asset management.
• Lead and mentor consultants on engagement deliverables.
• Participate in recruiting, client relationship building, and business development.

📋 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting (CPA or MBA may substitute).
• 6-9 years of experience in public accounting or industry accounting/finance.
• Industry experience in fund accounting or financial reporting for private equity.
• Experience with fund accounting software or technology transformation.
