💼 About This Role

You'll provide independent second-line oversight of treasury risk activities and lead the Bank's stress testing framework. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to maintain a forward-looking risk profile aligned with regulatory expectations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide second-line challenge on liquidity, funding, capital and IRRBB risks.
• Lead development and execution of stress testing and scenario analysis frameworks.
• Enhance risk MI, dashboards and reporting for Executive and Board committees.
• Contribute to ICAAP, ILAAP, SEEP and Recovery Plan documentation.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in Risk, Treasury or Finance at a UK regulated bank.
• Strong knowledge of stress testing frameworks and financial modeling.
• Solid understanding of liquidity risk, capital management, and IRRBB.
• Experience reviewing ICAAP, ILAAP, and Recovery Plans.
