🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead discovery calls with homeowners exploring remodels and rebuilds
• Scope projects against budget using AI tooling and playbooks
• Match contractors based on project type, geography, and budget
• Drive pipeline with weekly accountability on conversion and GMV

📋 Requirements

• Based in Phoenix or Scottsdale, AZ
• 2–5 years in full-cycle sales or consultative advisory
• Track record hitting goals via structured pipeline management
• High EQ to support stressed homeowners while guiding conversations

• Experience in PropTech, ConstructionTech, or real estate
