• Manage monthly close, journal entries, and financial statements.
• Oversee corporate allocation processes across entities.
• Prepare lender reporting packages and debt compliance calculations.
• Serve as Yardi systems administrator for accounting team.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• CPA preferred.
• Experience with Yardi or similar accounting system.

✨ Nice to Have

• Real estate or multi-entity organization experience.
• Technical accounting research experience.
