💼 About This Role

You'll work on Whop's autonomous ad operator system, shipping it into a live loop wired into ad platforms and creative generation. Your decisions will directly impact ad performance, lowering CAC and increasing revenue for businesses. This role offers ownership over a closed-loop agent that compounds learning from real campaign outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work on the closed-loop ads agent end to end
• Pick the right tool for each sub-problem
• Turn campaign outcomes into training signal
• Build evals that prove the agent is improving

📋 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in software development or ML engineering
• Comfort making real decisions with noisy, delayed, expensive reward signals
• Ability to ship fast, reliable software in a startup with imperfect information
• Excellent communication to translate agent behavior to non-ML teammates

✨ Nice to Have

• Startup experience or experience as a technical founder
• Shipped an agentic system with real tool use in production
• Experience with offline RL, RLHF, or fine-tuning LLMs on production outcome data
