💼 About This Role

You'll lead the web product roadmap and execution for Cantina's social AI platform, partnering with a global team of engineers and designers. You'll shape the AI-first video editing experience and define success metrics for a growing user base. This role offers ownership over a large surface area at an early stage.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day prioritization, roadmap, and execution for Cantina’s web product
• Partner with executive team to build an AI-first video editing experience on the web
• Run sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Jira prioritization for an eight-person web team
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data to iterate and grow the web user base

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in product management
• 1+ years experience with video creation tools or video editing products
• Experience using Jira and managing a roadmap for 9+ engineers
• Strong understanding of consumer video products and workflows

✨ Nice to Have

• Web-based video editor experience
• Experience with CapCut, Instagram Reels, iMovie, TikTok, or similar
