Description

You will oversee delivery of complex, large-scale initiatives, working with engineering, product, and business teams to define phases, identify dependencies, and track progress. You'll communicate with stakeholders, resolve blockers, and provide insights to improve processes, ensuring efficient delivery aligned with strategic goals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project management, change management, or operational excellence
• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial services
• Strong analytical and organization skills
• Proven track record delivering large-scale program initiatives to senior stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree required
