You'll deliver high-quality implementations of Proactive AI agents for global clients, collaborating with EU and US teams. Your core impact will be configuring and customizing the MPower SaaS platform to meet customer needs. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a regional expert as the team expands into APAC.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement MPower Proactive AI Agents under guidance of senior engineers
• Support client engagements by delivering assigned technical tasks
• Collaborate with teams to build and test proactive customer journeys
• Configure and customize the SaaS platform to meet customer needs

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in professional services or software implementation
• Solid proficiency in SQL and JavaScript
• Experience working with APIs for integration in SaaS environments
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and follow best practices

✨ Nice to Have

• Technical expertise in data structure extraction and summarization
• Experience with C#, Python, HTML, CSS
• Exposure to client-facing or support roles in a global team
