💼 About This Role

You'll lead community strategy for theHunter: Call of the Wild, acting as the bridge between players and the development team. You'll refine a mature ecosystem across Discord, Steam, and Social, translating player insights into actionable product feedback. This role lets you balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a globally beloved game franchise.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Refine and execute community strategy across Socials, Discord, Steam, and Reddit.
• Manage two Community Managers and oversee budget and customer support coordination.
• Build frameworks to interpret player signals and translate into insights for Marketing and Dev.
• Own feedback loops, closed playtests, and the player feedback platform Avahub.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of community management experience in the gaming industry
• Proven track record in a senior or lead capacity with Premium Live games
• Deep familiarity with Discord, Steam, and Reddit
• Experience running structured player programs like councils, betas, or ambassador programs

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Avahub or similar feedback platforms
• Data-driven mindset with ability to turn sentiment into narratives
• Background in FPS or open-world games
