You will lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Justworks.com, driving measurable business impact across acquisition, conversion, customer experience, and site performance. You'll operate the site as a digital product, align cross-functional stakeholders, and lead a team to create integrated digital experiences that accelerate growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years leading website strategy, SEO, CRO, and digital experience optimization in B2B SaaS or high-growth
• 3+ years building and leading high-performing teams
• Proven ownership of high-traffic marketing website as primary acquisition channel with measurable impact
• Strong product-thinking mindset with experience managing strategic web roadmap
• Deep fluency in CMS platforms, technical SEO, analytics, experimentation frameworks, personalization, tracking, attribution

Responsibilities

• Own the web strategy roadmap aligned to marketing priorities and growth objectives
• Drive conversion growth through structured experimentation program (A/B testing, personalization, funnel optimization)
• Design and refine buyer journeys across the site for ICP-specific pathways
• Evolve the web platform (headless infrastructure) in partnership with Engineering
• Lead and scale a high-performing web team
